Taylor J. Beardall

Taylor Beardall is admitted to practice in California. She is not currently admitted in Washington. Taylor Beardall is an associate in the firm's Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Taylor was an intellectual property and technology transactions associate at an international law firm. Through this role, Taylor served as the primary junior associate on more than 20 deals, including sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions for both public and private clients.
