Michael S. Stepan

Michael S. Stepan is an associate in the Tax practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Michael was a tax associate at a global law firm. Through this role, he structured and advised on a broad range of transactions, including taxable and tax-deferred mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, joint ventures, carve-outs and spin-offs involving public and private companies, and private equity funds. In addition, he drafted, reviewed, and negotiated transaction agreements, including merger and purchase agreements, partnership agreements, and shareholder agreements. This is a temporary biography.
