With more than 20 years' experience, she provides practical insight assisting a wide range of health and welfare plan sponsors with compliance strategies related to Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Affordable Care Act (ACA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), and Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) rules, in addition to state and local laws.
