Katherine Lynn

Katherine Lynn is an associate in the New York office of Goodwin Procter LLP and a member of the firm's Financial Restructuring group. Katherine represents corporate debtors, lenders, investors, independent directors, creditors' committees, individual creditors, and others in-court and out-of-court restructurings. She has experience in a range of sectors including life sciences, telecommunications, retail and energy. Katherine previously practiced law at Hogan Lovells US LLP in New York in the Restructuring and Special Situations group.
