Joohee Jung

Joohee Jung is a private wealth services and international tax attorney in Holland & Knight's Century City office and focuses on tax matters for domestic and international clients. Ms. Jung advises high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses on a broad range of tax issues, including income tax and estate planning, cross-border investments, pre-immigration planning, U.S. residency planning and management, and expatriation. In addition, she advises clients on U.S. federal income tax compliance and reporting obligations. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Jung was an attorney at a boutique private wealth services law firm in Los Angeles. She previously served as an international tax manager in the Los Angeles office of a multinational accounting firm.
