CURT OSTOSH represents private equity sponsors and strategic investors on complex M&A transactions, including take-privates, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, and 363 sale transactions. He also advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on add-on acquisitions, strategic investments, and general corporate matters.
Curt completed a secondment as in-house counsel for a major private equity sponsor in 2022. Prior to law school, he managed a treasury and corporate development team at a Fortune 100 retail holding company.
Curt is a certified mediator in Illinois. Shortly after law school, he served as a Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) graduate fellow for the Center for Conflict Resolution, overseeing a team of volunteer mediators.
