Brandon Hamroff

Brandon is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Group where he advises clients on a variety of transactional real estate matters, with a particular focus on clients of the Hotels and Leisure team. In addition to working on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing transactions, he has experience with the documents that make a hotel transaction unique, including hotel management agreements, hotel franchise agreements and most recently a hotel lease. The clients that Brandon has represented include a national lodging REIT, a family office with significant global hotel holdings, a joint venture between European hotel investors on their initial hotel acquisition in North America and the developers of two luxury branded hotels in the U.S., each with associated branded residences. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Brandon earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as a notes editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution.
