Ai-Li Chiong-Martinson is an associate in the firm's Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. Prior to joining the firm, Ai-Li was an associate at a law firm based in the Pacific Northwest where she conducted litigation in state and federal courts on behalf of public clients with a focus on defending employers in employment disputes. In addition, she was responsible for developing and executing case strategies; conducting discovery; taking and preparing for depositions; trial preparation; drafting motions and briefs; arguing motions; and maintaining client relationships.
