Adam Cromie

ADAM CROMIE provides legal counsel to both public and private companies, as well as boards of directors, on a wide range of M&A transactional matters. He focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and both majority and minority investments. Adam's advisory services span various industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and sports and entertainment. Before transitioning to private practice, Adam worked for Major League Baseball's Washington Nationals for nearly a decade. Adam earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He also holds an M.S. from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a B.A. in economics from Allegheny College. *Admitted to practice only in Pennsylvania.
